the staff was helpful. They arranged an airport pickup, very convenient given the riad's location off the main streets. The driver connected me with a porter who walked me directly to the hotel. the building featured an inner courtyard with beautiful tile work! and i had breakfast on the roof each morning.
the shower water was not consistently hot. On the last night, it was almost cold. the mattress was very firm. There was also no soundproofing, i heard everything happening outside.

The location was very convenient. It was close to the main square. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered good variety each morning (especially the fresh fruit).
The room lacked a wardrobe or storage. There was little space to open luggage. The noise from the square was audible (due to lack of soundproofing).

i stayed a week in february 2025 and abdul kareem with his team were amazing the riad is only 30 seconds from the square. breakfast was a ten the service consideration kindness warmth to the guests were a ten. i will definitely come back and stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

the room included many outlets for charging devices it also provided good air conditioning for temperature control. the bed felt firm offering nice support and comfortable for restful nights within the beautifully decorated space.

breakfast service on the rooftop dining area each morning featured varied moroccan and european style choices. transport arrangements could be booked including private transport for day trips to locations as essaouira and the atlas mountains adding convenience.
